Helen Whitten,
Managing Director, Positiveworks LtdAC Accredited Coach, CEDR Accredited Mediator, Facilitator, Writer, Speaker, Trainer HELEN WHITTEN, is an Accredited Coach with the Association for Coaching and a Fellow of the International Stress Management Association. She is founder and Managing Director of Positiveworks Limited. Helen's expertise is in equipping people with the knowledge, skills and strategies they need to make the most of themselves in today's fast-changing world. She is a specialist in personal and professional effectiveness and has been working in this field for 20 years, coaching individuals and teams. Her methods enhance self-awareness, self-confidence, motivation and creativity. She enables people to develop an enthusiastic and optimistic attitude, clear goals consistent with personal values, practical skills and knowledge, and the ability to maintain peak performance under pressure. Helen is founder and managing director of Positiveworks, and works with organizations throughout the world to develop business practices that benefit the individual, the organization, and society as a whole. She applies Cognitive-Behavioural and Neuro-Linguistic Programming methodology to produce practical solutions that enable people to break through old patterns of behaviour to achieve greater potential in their lives and in their careers.

Helen has also written and produced three CDRoms: 'How to Survive Life Positively', 'Help Yourself to a Better Life', and 'Launching Yourself'.Helen has recently provided a coaching programme for MyAppMentor. Helen's approach uses tried and tested thinking systems that encourage people to focus on solutions rather than on problems, enabling them to achieve more positive results at work and in life. She brings to her training an essential breadth and depth of experience crucial when dealing with the considerable range of issues which can potentially emerge in coaching and development programmes. |
